Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of managing the daily operations of a practice. I have worked in hospital and group practice administration for over seven years, coordinating care, creating policies, and improving client satisfaction. 

As Director of Operations of Lincoln Square Psychotherapy, I oversee administrative and financial functions. I serve as the liaison between our clients and our therapists. I aim to create an environment that shares a common vision for excellence and ensures smooth operations. 

I know no single approach suits everyone, so I take the time to get to know our clients and their specific needs. I enjoy working collaboratively to support our clients' continuous development and our practice's growth.
