Kate Nasoff, LMSW

No matter what life stage you’re in, together we will work through symptoms of anxiety and depression, explore and strengthen interpersonal relationships and attachment, and work on self-esteem. Many of my clients also seek therapy during difficult transitions, or when it feels like something is just not working in life. My goal is to help clients gain insight and become more in touch with their thoughts and feelings while learning new ways to cope even with the uncomfortable ones. I create a safe space where you can gain deeper insight into barriers that are getting in the way of living a more satisfying life.

My style is authentic and supportive with an eclectic approach, integrating psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and relational therapeutic techniques. I believe that each person is unique and what is important to me is that the space we create together feels right for you.

You are already doing the hard work just by being on this page. That is a huge step – you should be very proud of yourself. If you are interested in learning more about how we can partner in this journey of healing and growth together, I look forward to hearing from you.
