Knowing where to begin or what the journey will look like can make reaching out for support feel quite daunting. Asking for help can be especially challenging when formative environments have been both diminishing and invalidating of our needs. My goal is to meet you in that moment of outreach and welcome you into a safe and compassionate space where we will deepen insight and develop strategies to help you gain a sense of choice and control in your life.

My work with individuals and groups has primarily centered on support for navigating challenges around anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I understand that these challenges are often reflected in how we think, feel, and behave with ourselves and others. To engage the work with this, I incorporate an eclectic blend of modalities including Psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT. I’ve seen the therapy process be most effective when done collaboratively, which makes your expertise in yourself an invaluable tool in our work together.

I hope you know that it’s ok to not have everything figured out at this very moment and that the act of trying without fully knowing what will happen counts for so much. It is also my belief that growth and healing is a slow and gradual process, and that we all move at our own pace. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to help you honor your pace and join you in that process.
